I'm a Director of Xceptional Health & Wellness P. Ltd India. We are the key to your health and wellness. We offer our clientele with a gamut of health and wellness solutions at the tip of your finger.

We were interested in providing our clients with a one stop shop to all the health and wellness related queries. The approvals were set in place and Developers App India started working on the technical aspects of the project. The UAT designing and testing went hand in hand so as to avoid any major last moment changes.

Developers App India were highly cooperative during the entire life cycle of the project. They roped in a team of 5 members including a project manager. The project manager especially came with an expertise of handing the development of health and wellness app beforehand. He acted as a SOP between team members and also shared his domain experience with the team. The other team members comprised of 2 developers and 2 testers who worked closely so as to maintain the continuous momentum of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Launching the app was our vision and seeing our vision being fulfilled was no less than a dream. The app was one of its kind in the market. After launching the app the click through rate and conversion rate has increased multi fold. The easy accessibility of connecting to any nearby diagnostic centre, clinic or chemist at the click of a button was stupendous. The number of enquires had also improved substantially. This was one of our dream projects and Developers App India fulfilled it superlatively.

Developers App India maintained a transparent and easy communication flow on a timely basis. They believed in the Agile methodology, where each task was given a stipulated time and the deliverables in connection to the task were completed in the assigned time. The project manager portrayed appreciative problem-solving skills. The way he managed the team and the resources even if last minute changes happened was quite commendable. Developers App India managed the entire project with precision and in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Developers App India’s unique trait was to assign a subject matter expert of the industry in the team so as to give any more recommendations and understand the requirements in a clear way. The professionality and punctuality with which the entire project was handled from the nascent stage to the deployment and after deployment support and training was also meticulous.

Are there any areas of improvement for the company?

Developers App India didn’t leave us with any doubts or ifs and buts at any stage in the life cycle of the project. The only pitfall was the approval mechanism needed from the higher management even if small variations and low-cost changes were to be implemented.
